The team members have continued to improve their specialities of sociological theories and methods as well as their professional and management qualities. They are mainly composed of personnel from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Xinyang Normal University, some other universities and research institutions, and participate in this research program in various ways. Meanwhile, a number of undergraduates, graduate and doctoral students have also involved in, forming a quite appropriate graded and matched research group.
